Our Story
Eight years ago, Ana and Martin Carrillo set out to bring the authentic flavors of Mexico to Denver, Colorado. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a beloved destination for both the Mexican community and food lovers from all backgrounds.
Today, Limón y Sal is known as one of the best birrierías in the city. While our signature birria stands out, our menu also features a wide variety of traditional dishes like menudo, pozole, enchiladas, and tacos—each made with the same passion and authenticity that started it all.

Beef stew marinated in herbs and spices, garnished with onions and cilantro. Served with tortillas.
Tacos de canasta
